Easy Applications

Our immensely popular application process provides prospective Residents the ability to remit their application and processing fee(s) payment immediately. Receiving this payment immediately vs. waiting for them to gather a bank drawn certified check results in quicker turnaround times for approvals and therefore quicker occupancies for our Owners and Investors. BOOM!

Bookkeeping

We collect and process all rental payments on Owner’s behalf. We maintain and hold all Tenant placed security deposits and advanced rents in separate Company escrow accounts. An Owner’s repair reserve fund is established and maintained while our Owners enjoy monthly statements offering a detailed breakdown of income and itemized expenses. 1099’s are provided annually for tax purposes.

Screen & report

Prospective Tenants are professionally screened for credit worthiness, residency, past evictions and criminal convictions. Employment will be verified confirming status & stated salaries. We also coordinate move-in & exit walk-throughs with detailed reports | pictures. We don’t take shortcuts. We visit vacant properties weekly while conducting periodic visits & provide our Owners reports for occupied Properties.

We have partnered with the Law Offices of Heist, Weisse & Wolk P.A. to draft all of our Leases with full access to their full-time support staff and resources. Additionally, we have partnered with local Attorneys. In the event a Tenant must be evicted- one of these Attorneys can be hired- at a discounted rate to the Owner, to complete the legal process. A schedule of eviction fees can be provided to you upon request.

Conveniences

Our Tenants have the ability to register for automatic rental payment deductions while our Owner’s proceeds are delivered via EFT, Electronic Fund Transfer, upon clearing our bank. Our portal access provides both Tenants and Owners 24hr access to individual account statements and other documents pertinent to their customer relationship with us. Both of these services are offered by us for FREE.
